Dear Spirit,
I humbly come before you this day to release my need to control, my need to know, and my need to be right, because they are no longer in my best and highest good.
I surrender my compulsion to plan, and the need to prove and have others prove themselves to me, causing judgement.
These needs were created by fear at a time when I didn’t have the wisdom and maturity to appropriately deal with the issues of my life.
They also kept me from receiving the love, blessings, and opportunities you wanted to give me. Asking for forgiveness I place my life in your hands, trusting that I am lovingly protected, guided, and directed.
I choose to live in the present moment of Now.
Because you know me better than I know myself, I confidently press forward with faith, trusting my journey unfolds in the most perfect space, time, and sequence, allowing my life to align with your divine plan.
Forgiving myself for holding on to the hurts and pains of the past, I graciously set myself free and express appreciation for the growth my soul has received.
Consciously knowing what happened isn’t right or fair, I am no longer willing to carry these unhealthy feelings with me.
As I release the energy of karma allowing it to complete its journey back to its source, it teaches, heals, and transforms mine and others lives for the better.
Surrendering these things, I joyously free myself, and elevate my soul to unite with my Higher Self, for I am One.
All is well in my body.
All is well in my mind.
All is well in my heart and in my soul.
All is well in my world.
And so it is, and it is so. In the name and loving power of Christ it is done.
